Creates a list of reoccuring calls
Parameters
Key – String containing User’s key obtained during the Sign In process;
ReOccuringData – ReOccuringData structure where information about reoccurrence is specified
DialListId – array of long identifiers
Return value
String with the operation result. Might be one of the following values:
Success – the calls are created successfully
UserIdNotExits – user with the specified Key is not exist
2, UnHandler Exception – an unhandled error occured
